Gorgeous Panoramic Ocean Views! The original owners built, furnished and have lovingly (well!) maintained this home through the years. This is evident both outside as well as inside! The spacious top level living, dining and primary bedroom all boast sweeping scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is plenty of room for family and friends to spread out and enjoy on each level; please click on the tour to 'move' around to view the bedrooms, den and recreation rooms on the three levels. All of the 'big-ticket' expense items have been replaced: New roof in 2018. Both HVAC (FULL) systems were replaced: Upper in October 2023 and Lower in 2018. Both hot water heaters were replaced in 2023, all sliders and upper level windows were replaced in 2022, and appliances were replaced in 2022-2024. In addition to these major replacements, there have been many cosmetic upgrades: notice the new floor coverings throughout and the interior has recently been repainted. The kitchen countertops have been updated to granite and decorative tile has been added. There have been many exterior updates including recent decking, vinyl soffitt and trim, paint and new landscaping! Everyone will love the large 14' x 30' private pool and the hot tub was replaced in 2022 and a new cover is on order. There are many decks that offer sun or shade, for gatherings or solitude. The septic system has service checks twice a year and the system was pumped in September of 2023. Not much left to do but MAKE IT YOUR OWN!
